How long does a flooring installation take?
In most small rooms, carpet fitting and LVT installations can be completed in a single day. Larger rooms or whole houses may take longer, but we’ll provide a clear timeline during your free home survey and within our estimates we clearly explain the schedule of works taking place.

Do you move furniture before fitting?
We recommend you remove all furniture prior to fitting, this ensures a faultless installation however, it is not always possible to clear the rooms so we can speak about moving furniture when we are round measuring your home.

Will you dispose of my old flooring?
Absolutely. Our team can uplift and remove old carpets, laminate, or vinyl and dispose of them responsibly before laying your new floor. We carry the relevant waste licensing.

Do you prepare the subfloor before fitting?
Yes — subfloor preparation is key for a long-lasting installation. During your survey we’ll check for uneven areas, apply screed or ply as needed, and make sure your new floor sits perfectly.

What is LVT flooring?
Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) is a durable, water-resistant flooring that looks like real wood or stone. It’s ideal for kitchens, bathrooms, and busy family homes in Sussex because it’s easy to clean and highly resilient.
